Meet Santa in His Magical Grotto
After a busy day of chocolate making and elf training, it’s time for the main event a visit to Santa’s cosy grotto. Step into Santa’s warm cabin, where he’ll be waiting with his famous smile and a jolly “Ho Ho Ho!” Each child gets a personal chat with Santa and receives a special Christmas gift to take home, making the experience truly unforgettable.

Every child receives their very own Official Grotto Passport and stamps proving they’ve passed their festive training with flying colours.
