With the hot weather arriving, we are doing all we can to ensure your chocolates are as perfect when they arrive, as when they left us. You can help too by following these simple steps:

1) Hot weather may cause occasional delays in order processing and dispatching. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2) If you require your chocolates urgently, please pop a comment in the order comments box at the checkout and we will do all we can to get them there on time*. - There is also an express option at the checkout if required!

3) Your chocolates may be subject to extra bubble and the postal box may be wrapped in silver foil. Don't worry, it's not from space, it just helps keep the chocolates cool while in transit!

4) We may also upgrade your delivery to next day to keep them in transit for as little time as possible.

5) Once the chocolates arrive, please take them indoors as soon as possible and keep out of direct sunlight.

6) Try and keep the chocolates cool by storing them in a dry, dark place (i.e. cupboard). Chocolates should never be stored in the fridge as it's too cold and damp in there which affects the appearance and taste.

*Please note, if you do request the chocolates to be delivered over a period of hot weather rather than holding off for a cooler spell, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, although will always do our best to ensure this doesn't happen!
