• When is the chocolate shop open? We are open Monday-Friday, 9.00-4.00
• Can anyone come to the shop? - Yes, no need to pre-book for the shop, just turn up. If you wish to attend an event, please check the details as some event will require booking.
• Can I collect chocolates from your workshop? - Yes, we have a ‘click and collect’ option at the checkout. Once your order is ready we will give you a call and simply pop by during our opening hours to collect your chocolates.
• What events do you hold at your shop near Reading? – We hold lots of event throughout the year, from Santa Chocolate Grottos, Drop-In chocolate making sessions and full Workshop experiences to Fondue Fridays where you can enjoy pots of strawberries covered in freshly topped chocolate straight from our chocolate machine. • Can we watch you make the chocolate in the Workshop? – Unfortunately there are no viewing windows from the shop into the Workshop... but we have a plan, so check back to see if this changes...
• Is there parking on site?Yes, we have free parking for visitors
• What sort of products do you sell in the chocolate shop?Unlike our warehouse sales we previously held, our shop will stock all items included in our main range (available to view here) along with Birthday Chocolate, Wedding Favours, Anniversary Gifts and much more.
• Can I pre-order? If you order on our website and choose 'click and collect from our shop' we will pick you order and phone you once it's ready to collect from the shop (during shop opening hours)
