When did chocoholics start? – Liz and Roger started Chocoholics 40 years ago back in 1986. This small family business has gone from strength to strength but still a family business through and through with Victoria (Liz and Rogers daughter) now a director and her husband Pete also working there
Who works at Chocoholics? - Liz and Roger Cossey are the owners and Directors after starting the business back in 1986. Their daughter Victoria is the corporate director (and highly skilled Chocolatier) and her husband Pete is the business improvement manager. Liz and Roger’s other daughter Emma works as a freelance coach and does our social media. We also have a skilled team from the local villages who pick and pack your orders for you.
Where is chocoholics located? – Chocolates for Chocoholics is located on an old dairy farm in Hurst. This charming little village is nestled between Twyford and Winnersh just outside Reading, Berkshire. View our Contact page for our full address.
Are there any jobs available at Chocolates for Chocoholics near Reading? – Chocoholics offer season work for our Autumn/Winter season along with Spring work. If jobs are available we post on our Facebook page. It often feels like the whole of Hurst, Twyford and other neighbouring villages have worked for us over the past 40 years which is a real honour for us.
What do Chocolates for Chocoholics offer? – We offer luxury, high end chocolates from some of the finest chocolatiers in Europe which we hand pack. We also handmake some of our chocolates right here at the farm such as our incredible stuffed slabs. We also offer chocolate making courses, Santa’s Chocolate Grottos and much more!
Do you have a Café? – Currently we only offer hot drinks as a take away service, however we do have some outside seating for those sunny days and we do have some grand plans in the pipeline so stay tuned…
