Will my chocolates melt during delivery if it’s really hot? - See our 'Hot Weather and Deliveries' page HERE.
I can't find a particular product on the website, why would that be? - At the start of the season, the item may not have been added but it will when it's in stock. If it's the middle or end of the season, this means the product is now out of stock.
Can I order over the phone? - It is difficult for us to take orders over the phone now. If there is any reason you can't order via the website, please give us a call and we will see if we can help.
Can I pre-order? - If you order on our website and choose 'click and collect from our shop' we will pick you order and phone you once it's ready to collect from the shop (during shop opening hours)
Do I need to register to place an order with you? - No, you can buy as a 'Guest', however once you have registered, you can view your order history, get tracking information and placing orders will be much easier & quicker in the future!
Can I add a note with my order? - Yes! Just pop the note into the ‘Order Comments’ section when placing your order.
Can I personalise my chocolates? - We have a wide range of Chocolates boxes and bars that can have a personalised wrapper on. You can view this range here:
How do I amend or cancel my order? - Please call the office as soon as you can, we will do our best to help you with this. It will depend on whether your order has been processed.

Do you offer next-day chocolate delivery? – Yes. Choose our Express option at the checkout. We aim for next day delivery if ordered before midday.
What chocolates can be delivered tomorrow? – All our chocolates are available for next day service. The only exception would be our handmade chocolates if we need to specially make them for you.
